hi im new here
hi my name is john taylor i am new to this site i dont own a csl but have in the past!! plus many e46 m3,s. my curent car is an e92 v8 m3 in silverstone blue i hope i will be welcome here. im a frend of neil frier and am looking farward to the ring trip allthuogh ive never been on a track before!!!! maybe i should change my user name to captain slow

Hi John, I've just joined the CSL register having owned a couple of CSL's in the past and until a week ago a 2009 M3....I've now just bought a CSL again and am collecting it Wednesday

The new M3 is a truly great car, probably the best all rounder I've ever owned. For me though it was a second car and one that was left in the garage depreciating 6 out of 7 days a week. This isn't what the M3 is all about, it's there to be used every day. I also wanted to do a few more trackdays....the CSL was the obvious choice, a real occasion to drive. I also considered other options from 996 GT3's and Ferrari 360's to the Lotus 2-11 which I very nearly bought! Finally decided on the CSL again
