Fronts failed? So the rears locked up, just like pulling on the hand brake? And what is that terrible noise during the corners, are you tryes rubbing the wheel arches?

just vibration of the rears pads (no retaining clips), just a pin across the caliper. My lookheed was overheating even in the mastercylinder, so no brakes at the front or rear.....had to pull the hand brake to stop the car, but it wasn't the best thing to do, cause the car just didn't stop, spinning the rear wheels with no effect (1200 kg @ 180 km.h)....so i decided to stop the car by the spinning of the 4 wheels with success.
my rear tyres were just out of order, they weren't round after this exercise.....with beatiful bubbles inside the tyre. so watch your lookheed (change it), or just drive a little bit slowly |
