Should only be around 20-30k more than the standard M4.

Some dude was attempting to rag his M4 GTS at the Goldtrack day at Brands on Wednesday last week. It sounded like a big, long, flat fart. It seemed to be going ok on track, but to be honest, I would much prefer my E92 or my old CSL (still sorely missed). It looks cumbersome and ugly, but cannot fault the build quality. For £178k, I'd buy a CSL, a 997.2 GT3 and drop £25k on an E46 race car.
