Must admit I would be worried about the condition of the engine.

Well here it is. Yes it needed some extreme detailing, due to the quality of its storage, to get it looking commensurate with its mileage, but it is now one of the best CSL's on the planet I think you will agree..... |

No harm meant regarding your precious however at the time of sale one of the member on here mentioned they use to see that CSL sit idle outside on a driveway for long periods of time and the seller described it as and I quote " Vehicle kept in storage for the last 10 years" Anyhow... good to hear you're pleased with your Cecil Very shrewd investment and better (more fun) than money in the bank

Yes you're right there was some question about the storage, hence why it required a heck of a lot detailing and sorting to get it to where it is, however the fundamentals of the car were sound I'm pleased to say and so it now represents what it should have represented all along. An excellent clean extremely low mileage car. Ok so it's not a car to throw and trash around the track- I'd be more likely to do that with my 997 GT3- but its a nice car to bring out every now and again to enjoy....lightly And yes it is more fun than money in the bank.... |
