To skip first bit.
Driver A ( Insured ) spins and stays on track, later driver B to avoid car spins and hits Driver A. Driver A gets pay out for his car from his insurance and then Driver's A insurance goes after driver's B for the money. 21K Eduardo. Last edited by Eduardo; 20-09-2013 at 08:37 PM. |

On track, not a chance of getting a counter claim in.

Bury St. Edmund's County Court ruled him to pay £21k in damages and costs to the other driver.
Where does he go from there? Eduardo. |

If it was high court we should be worried. It's not.
Basically the insurance bit is irrelevant as it's just someone claiming back their losses. But it will be appealed. And maybe not awarded. |
