......to distribute out the tours (to the BMw Welt, production and Mstudio) on the Homecoming trip fairly

We have reserved with BMW various batches of tours But lost for ideas on how to decide who goes where!

Does that mean there are not enough places?

Taking a poll on who wants to go where & if there are not enough spaces let the SB owners have first choice & the SG can fight it out.

Well not enough for everybody (100 people) to do every tour.

From memory it looks like we have enough spaces for BMW Welt on the Sunday, and BMW museum is easy personal access (no tours that Sunday).

Production we have I think 45 places and MStudio visit spaces will be confirmed by end of week.

SO that means Sunday actually is ok...........

Monday we might need a bit of STRAW DRAWING, or mud wrestling

Can you do a popularity poll and find out who would rather go where then at least you get an idea of who is interested in what part of the tour.e.g vote your preference.
