Default Cv joint

Bin doing a bit of research, does anybody know if this porche cv is the same as our cars. part number. 911 332 03001 , as far as I know bmw don't sell inner drive shaft cv joints as a separate part , unless someone knows differently,

Hi Chad,

Sorry i cannot help you on this matter.. but i never heard that the porsche part is the same as ours. Maybe ask a competent parts guy at your local dealer, perhaps he can help you out.

Does the picture help, no of splines on cv joint As comparing to BMW one if any body got one lying about .

I've been trying to find out more about this Porsche part inner cv joint, as a direct swop for csl one. Has anybody tried it ? I believe you can get inner joint but nothing confirmed , anybody got access to Porsche parts price list and if available?

If of interest to anybody,took delivery of these today, only ordered yesterday £31 for both sides inner cv joints not got a clue on quality But at that price

So the Porsche part wasn’t right?? Be interested to find out for sure as new axles are quite expensive. Shame that GKN is forbidden from supplying the correct part for rebuild.

Hi I never got hold of a porche one, so still not sure on that cv joints, personally I don’t know anybody with access to parts to confirm, not without buying one but still interested in this myself

hi NZ m3 done a bit more searching regarding outer cv joint also ,, From what I can see from measurements etc looks the same as what fitted on drive shafts,hopefully can add some information soon for some reason I can’t upload any pictures hopefully will update this soon as I’m having them shipped over.

If this helps this part fits these porches £65 ,possibly better price can be found , would need this part in my hand to confirm they fit.

Lots available if you use part numbers. 911 33292301 these seem to measure up the same as the part I’ve received , lots of different brands
