Dates For CSL ring trip 2

Need to decide on dates ... thinking July as people wanted it later in the year , but suggest we have a vote on June / July then we can look at the dates in detail, that month and see if we can get something in that suits as many that want to go etc ..

Makes sense to book the shuttle or ferries ourselves saves hassle , I can get a group booking reserved in the hotel once we have exact numbers.

Prob make sense to take a £50 deposit of peeps , and I will sort on my CC if everyone is happy , or we can just book those on our own if people prefer ..

Im Happy either way , if its July i means I can still do le mans poss too

happy with paying a deposit group booking a hotel is also good so we can have a laugh in the eve,s as well

Don't mind either - even better if there are decent track times a day either side of the planned weekend for those who wish to make it a 4 day thing

Once we have a month we can look at the best dates , either go out Sunday and back mid week , or friday and - monday sort of thing ..

Done enough of waiting hours in line for the track to open over the years , and trying to navigate beaten up corsa's to last a lifetime !!

midweek sounds great glendog and i spent all nearly all weekend in the carpark last time

Actually looking at the dates on the site , its only upto May , and the times are a bit crap , so lets stil pump for the month , looking like July is FAV at the mo on early voting !! Then when they release the rest of the year , we can tie down the exact ones...
