If you go on the MOT checker, it's still alive and well (and due it's next MOT in October).
If you still have the V5C details, then you might be able to view where the last MOT was to try and track it down?

Also (and as an alternative) I saw a Black CSL at the Classic car show in Feb at Earl court Number P50CSL which was for sale. 2003, min with 46,000
Anyone know how to get in touch with the owner ?? It was up for sale with Classic car agents at the time but didn't sell |

That car was sold a few weeks ago by The Classic Car Company unfortunately. I was interested but wasn't sure I wanted a black one.
