Hello!!
Just found this place, thanks to a link on Northloop. I don't actually have a CSL. Hope that doesn't preclude me from membership... I do have a CS with a couple of mods. |

Hello! I'm New!
Hi All,
Just dropping a quick line to say “a big hello” to the forum. I’ve just bought myself a nice clean low mileage CSL and can’t wait for it to arrive! Having been a big fan of the standard S54 engine, after buying a Z3M coupe a few years ago, I simply can’t wait to really test out the CSL variant’s extra power and that induction noise! The cars handling is just phenomenal and I’ve already pencilled in a road trip up to the West coast of Scotland to blast along the amazing winding roads. I thought I’d missed the boat with the CSL as prices have rocketed, but some good fortune has enabled me to satisfy a teenage boys dream. I’ve always been a BMW nut and the CSL along with my Z3M coupe and a recently purchased E39 M5, mean my fantasy drives are ticked off! I did toy with the idea of a Porsche 997 GTS, as like the CSL they are a hoot to drive and possibly a future classic, but I’m just not a Porker type of guy, and I was so taken by the CSL visually when I viewed it at the dealers that I didn’t even realise it was parked right next to a £2m+ Ferrari Enzo! I’ll send more details and some pic’s of the car when it arrives near the end of the month. The car has had a number of previous owners so it will more than likely be known to others. I’ve been using the Z Coupe forum for a few years and the info, members etc are great! I’m sure CSLRegister will be just as good and I look forward to becoming an active member. Thanks Chris |

Hi all,
excellent forum, very entertaining, not much about the csl you don't know.I've owned mine(a sb 04,i've lost track if this is a fast or slow one)for just over a year now and love it,the car's been garaged for the winter months but will be on the road again soon, once the salt is off the roads,i'll post some pics when this happens. |
