Diff refurb?
Just been told that the bearings in my diff are buggered, that diffs are not serviceable items, and bmw will take £1700 off me for the privilege of a new one as I don't have warranty :bigotry:
So just wondering what my options are, e.g are they serviceable? Hoping that people might be able to give a bit of an insight |

I read on M3cutter that Bexley Motor Sport quoted someone £500 + Vat to rebuild the diff.

I had a whining on a diff they had built originally, they sent it off, charge me a few hundred to do the outlet bearings and seals and diff sounded the same
