Talking CSL owner from Istanbul

Hello everyone, I've been a long time lurker to this great site for all things CSL.
I am ///M Fanatic and have been using many M cars over the years. I finally acquired my very own CSL last month. It is a '04 SG with 60k miles. I bought it from its first owner with full BMW Service history.
I only replaced some of the worn interior parts such as Steering Wheel, smg lever, door sills etc. Also finished an oil service and rear disks/pads replacement. She drives like a champ. Each drive is a smile from ear to ear.

I go to the ring every year so hope to meet some of you there if I can this summer.

Thanks for looking.

Here are a few pictures of her from a recent photoshoot of my collection, enjoy,

And the rest of the gang

Very cool photos!

I think we stayed at the same apartments a few years back at the Ring.

We’d a good laugh at my mate, he came in one day saying there’s some boy out there washing his E30 with bottles of Evian water.

I think I remember you guys. You mean the private apartments near the Adenau entrance of the track ? I think it was August '08 ?

I can explain the extravagant washing The car had 1200km of road grime and dirt and I couldn't let my first ring outing to be in such shameful state

Here's a picture... It is a small world ...

EDIT : There is a suspiciously large amount of water residue on the ground around the wheels of your friend's CSL. Perhaps he was taken by my washing technique and gave it a go himself

Indeed, the ‘www’ has made the world a small place.

That was another mate in the CSL, he didn’t like brake dust sitting on his wheels, admittedly I probably cleaned mine as well only I couldn’t be arsed getting up as early to do it! Tho I’d say neither of us used Evian bottled water.... my mate would’ve been to miserable to buy it & I probably used whatever he used.

More pictures of the E30 with the above wheels on - the standard ones look too small .
