Default What are you planning for 2011?

To your cars i mean

Mine is currently absolutely standard except for AP brakes and my recaro.

Before Snett and Spa i need to decide what to put back on and what to sell, already sold Power Pulleys and 4.10 Diff.

Currently thinking to;
  • Volks G2 and Cups
  • SS Race BBX
  • Braille battery
  • Intrax
  • Rear Strutt Brace
  • Simpsons Geo
  • Strip Rear seats and boot etc

Interesting Shim. So basically how it was, minus the Diff. Did the Diff not cut it for you?
2011 is certainly going to be action packed! Intending to travel a little more North to ride a few more UK Circuits (make a weekend of it) and to get over to Spa.

Car will be tickled with, may change spring rates & try to ditch a few more lbs! (not sure how yet).
More Downforce & Cooling.
Possible Remaping.
Stick with 18" Cups & buy in all UKs Stock!.

Thinking i'm going to go some lighter wheels with cups, Turner top mounts, Super sprint race back box.

Thinking i'll be quite happy with that for the year. (whether it happens or not is a different story though)

Oh and i'm going to give it a good clean as santa has been early with loads of stuff from polished bliss.

You never know, you know what these evo's are like for reliability

I take it snet is a power circuit?

Im am trying to drastically dial out the understeer on the evo, standard set-up, understeer was shocking. The evo boys tend not to run much camber, think I will be breaking the mould though. See how she goes then.
I think it will lose out to the csl on the fast corners. But pull/grip better in/out the slower stuff.

Will be a good day, hopefully my business partner will be there in his too.

old circuit has two huge straights and then two fast corners and a few slower ones with interesting cambers and run offs

One is changed for 2011 and one disappears for the new complex which looks alot slower

understeer not a huge problem on the old circuit tbh
