Door protector strip coming away

A bit of a boring one but one that others may find useful!

A few weeks back my passenger side door trim protector strip started to separate away from the door. I removed it to see what the cause was and it was apparent that several of the plastic clips that hold it in place had broken.

So, i went to my local Stealers and bought 9 replacement clips at 36p each! The old ones simply prise off and new ones click into place. Press strip back into place working from forward end to rear - Simples!

Trim removed

Broken clip

New clip in place

Sorted!

Sort of mate - Navy Quarters...

I have left the strip on since the Ring last November. Haven't been out in the car much since though.

Ah right, don't look bad though!

Have you also filled the holes for the number plate surround? Hard to tell from the pics!

By the way, whereabout's are you in Cornwall, I always come down to the west country for a long weekend and will prob do a small road trip to Devon, Somerset & Cornwall again this year, would be good to stop in if your about! (PM me if you prefer)
