I asked about one before but there were none on offer. I wish I had kept mine now, as I bet you wished you'd done.
There's a couple knocking about on Ebay, brand new one for £200 I think... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BMW-E46-M3-3-S...1%7C240%3A1318 A few more on Auction which might go for less. I know it doesnt say CSL but if you're selling the car...  Good luck in your search!
