I would just be happy to swap.

looking it all up the CSL parts are about the same. Milltek 100 CELL CATs new are a few 100 quid more but parts are used. OEM CATs are around £850 from BMW. 100 CELL CATS are about £1100.

Set of CSL cats just come on pistonheads from 28k mile car and look pretty mint from photo.
