Guys i am trying to compile a list of the best "consumables" to use in a stock CSL (occasional road use with some NEED 4 SPEED and Grand Theft Auto moments

), please also add anything that you consider an "improvement" over a stock part.

Engine Oil : i.e. Castrol TWS Motorsport SAE 10W-60
Gearbox Oil :
