CSl Register complaint

i would like to register a formal complaint....................

earlier today i have $3 left in my casino account and i played 3 games of blackjack, each with $1 stakes and two out of the three games the game froze and would not complete and i lost a total of $2

what are you gonna do about it before i get my lawyers involved (no fee no win so watch out)
