i have a 6sp and blew my clutch and tranny on the track (shifted from 4th to 3rd at 100mph

i had the clutch replaced, and flywheel (spec 1 clutch, jb ltw flywheel). after that, gears grinded from 2nd to 3rd, or 4th to 3rd. It sucked. had the tranny replaced by BMW
