as said above i suggest it could be clutch slur - might be cured with a gearbox/clutch reset/reteach performed by the dealer of specialist
but prolonged slur can result in continuous slip (the clutch wont be worn) due to the SMG software not adjusting properly
worse cas new clutch and flywheel (which aint a bad idea at 63k miles)
