All CSL's were allocated one, in a pack , some dealers stuck em on the car, other's just gave the plague in an envelope to new owners.
Some owners never put them on, and then sold them at a high price, think when they come up +100 squid average there going for.
So in a nutshell, if yours was given to the first owner on delivery, they simply can't / won't be able to get you a second one, if your lucky ( only a small few ) might.
Prob time for Marky to come along, as he did have one for sale...
