Well I picked her up on Monday night and she was double dirty. The revious owner clearly knew nothing about how to clean a car.
So at 10am I stared with a foam wash, paint cleanse, clay, polish and sealant.
Once I had her looking good, I fixed the sound system (someone had spent a fortune on kit but had not set it up very well)
Finally at 4pm I finished and this is what I was left with . . . .
I used some Serious Performance Sealant - I cannot tell you all how good this stuff is - so much better than many products I have spent £££ on. It is so tough and it lasts for ages. Here is a picture of how it makes the flake in the paint pop . . .
and finally after giving the roof the same SP Sealant . . .
The wheels need a good refurb but painting them is always going to leave them with a substandard finish (IMHO) so week after next they are going to be stove enamelled so they will look shiny and stay looking nice.
