Update...........I've had the clutch biting point re-calibrated after finally convincing BMW it could be done.............no better still slurring, bugger.

I'm going to take the car for a proper drive in S5 and see if it helps, the weather and traffic around here aren't helping though. Other than that its get BMW to crack open the box and check the clutch, hoping its something under warranty, if not I'll have to pay for a new one.

Oh yes, BMW tried to charge me 4 hours labour for resetting the clutch as they said it wasn't covered under warranty, £110 per hour ! They eventually charged it all to training and I didn't have to pay.
