Yeah, very predictable. It was always going to be a very difficult task. I hear Gillet and his business partner have been spending their own money on the ground works started on site in the hope that investment came on board. Deadline passed at least a week ago for Bernie to see evidence of funds in place. Unfortunately Donny is on it's arse financially.
