no, the bolt positions on the floor of the E46 M3 and CSL dont match the recaro seats so like with most cars you have to convert the positions by having a plate between the two.
Forthe first year i didnt fit my runner as i wanted to get the seat as low as possible and make the best use of my 'body ballast'
but i still needed the VAC Mount.
I fitted the runner this year arfet realising nobody else could drive the car including my wife, friends or Julian at Simpons so you put the runner between the seat and VAC mount.
