Totally agree with rob regarding service history , but I would as I also do my own
,, but I do believe most are very anal regarding service history,, so probably will affect sale at top price ,, way I look at it what I’ve saved on services, I guess I’d would offset some value in asking price to get a sale, I recon 55k is optimistic at the moment for a quick sale,, hope you get it rob
Would be interesting if them that have sold would reveal what they got ,, give us all a realistic value.
