Funniest thing though was the sales guy seemed more interested in Cesil than he was in explaining a Vantage to me. He'd never seen one before yet talked as though he knew all about them ( despite asking if the cf roof was aftermarket and if the seats were standard ).

I asked him if the Vantage would be a similar sort of driving experience to Cesil i.e sharp handling, no sloppiness, taut feel etc etc and got the reply "oh it will be much better, this is a genuine sportscar and built as such whereas that's just a saloon and will never drive well".

Surprisingly resisted the urge to say "jump into the passenger seat sunbeam"
