Just get a garage to rebalance the wheels, using either slimline weights or moving the weights elsewhere on the wheel, bearing in mind that the balancing might not be as 'true' elsewhere, but still acceptable. My 18s (same style as yours) had to put the weights on the outside of the rim i.e. the visible face.
The original spec CSL AP calipers were wider, which meant you had to use spacers with those wheels. The new version (2006 onwards I think?) is slimline which isn't a problem.
