getting use to the mechanical nature of the SMG ... try using the Manual mode more and the clanking should subside. By all accounts it's the diff / drive train clattering about in disgust for being in AUTO mode

. If in doubt, set it in
S6 mode (DCT off) and give it some beans on a quite, open road. If it still persists after that and you're seriously concerned, speak to Emma @ Elms Cambridge and get it booked in with Gareth for a health check
