Search for potholes on the cutters! Quite a recent one on there. It appears that people who have tried to claim have largely been unsuccessful. The pothole needs to have been notified to them and they not to have repaired it within 48(?) hours for it to be even slightly worth trying. Maybe get someone to report it and 'hit' it again a day or two later
