The bolt will be fine - its more likely to do damage to the thread in the calliper, as it is aluminium. When you do get it out, remember to put a small blob of copper slip on it.
If you use a hair drier, this should warm the alloy up enough to not damage the paint. You could also remove the calliper and lay it on its side on top of a bucket (so not to stretch the hose) and spray some Plus gas / WD40 in the threads, so that it can soak in?
