Actually this is not true

Whether u pay monthly or annually BMW review ur premiums every 12 months on policy anniversary. See your policy handbook if u don't believe me.
Maybe they have only changed like this recently.

Also warranty excludes track work. Not sure about modifications. Requires FBMWSH I believe.
