Well we now have a direct contact with BMW and they have agreed to help us arrange all the Munich stuff for a weekend in May or June 2013. It sounds like they are truely interested in our 10year CSL anniversary plans. We even have our own BMW rep who is now contacting all the different departments to see if they want a bunch of Chavs poking around in their collections, production and design departments.
I had a 20 minute conversation with them today and all is looking very promising. Maybe even able to arrange some special event whilst we are in Munich.
I have for now told them to expect 30 cars but as soon as we have a date organised and confirmed and a brand brush itinery I will try to firm up the numbers so I'll need your help then guys and gal to get it correct. If we do get 50+ cars we will need to know in the next 3 months for sure or any late comers will have to swivel!
(ps they said only Silver Grey cars allowed as black ones were a BIG mistake and tend to spoil the photos.
