The '61 plate E90 320d I have at the moment is the same. No lights on the dash to tell you your lights are on, off , dipped been or otherwise. The thing is, even if you leave the light on (which I did
) as soon as you take the key out of it's slot they all turn off
to prevent battery discharge.
Must be a new thing from BMW, just like the none existent coolant Temp. gauge
BTW, I had a look & a sit down in exactly the same speck 640d @ Elms Standsted the other day. Good effort from BMW and only £130/year road tax
