Get a torch!

on mine there is one allen key bolt to remove on the rears, take out the bolt, remove (slide out) the tube and anti rattle clip, then push back the pistons with the old pad (i get a flat screwdriver in between disc and pad and slowly lever it back and slip in new pad) replace the ARC with arrow upwards, bolt and tube and hand tighten
