£1250 sounds a bit rich for an inspection 2. I believe many main dealers offer lower rates on older cars. My CSL had an inspection 2 at Lloyds of Carlisle (original supplying dealer) for £800 IIRC...

I wouldn't advertise it for less than 45k. You may have to settle for slightly less. IIRC Hexagon sold a 27000 mile SG car (which was in lovely condition for. ~45k)within the last couple of months....
