I read somewhere that it could be a 'signal error on the solenoid'. Now sure who or what this is.
Is this the same as the SMG relay? Or the bonnet sensor?

Cog of doom
Morning all,
About 2 weeks ago, my yellow gearbox warning light started coming on. It's an intermittent thing. No rhyme or reason.
Since then its had its Inspection II at which point i asked...

Because A62 Bodyshop seems to have closed down...i popped down to Williams BMW in Manchester.
They quoted £1,500 for a front bumper & bonnet re-spray. Bejesus.
