Subframe.
I has an inspection on my new Cesil which showed a slight crack on the subframe/boot floor, I agreed to buy the car and sort this myself.
Having visited Bluebell BMW today they have booked it in to inspect and said they've had loads in recently, I asked about a courtesy car and was told they don't supply a car for warranty work! Is this standard practise? |
Er, no
|
You should be getting a courtesy car free of charge.;)

That's what I thought, it was the girl on the desk that said it, I'll wait to speak to the workshop manger on wed, if he says the same ill leave it and go somewhere else!
|
I've no issue with their work, they did a top job on a previous car but I will need a courtesy car.
