Anybody looked to sell?

As some of you may have seen from a thread I started a couple of weeks ago, I am looking for a CSL. My ideal spec is, the faster sg colour, less than 50k miles (ideally lower than 40k), full service history and ideally a warranty and must be exceptional condition inside and out and have A/C.

So if any of you are thinking of selling, please let me know.

I seem to have picked the worst time of year to buy one with, I am guessing, a lot safely away in hibernation for the winter.

On a side note, does anybody know this car advertised on PistonHeads YY53 NFO.

Cheers

There is a big gap between services

* 11/12/08 at 41,126 miles, Sytner Leicester BMW - Inspection 2

* 03/10/11 at 50,780 miles, Williams Manchester BMW, - Oil service

:banghead:

that car has been up for sale for ages,

with that kind of service gap you wont get a BMW warrenty on it and in my eyes that is a must.

good luck with the search and i would not worry about mileage to much, its all about the quality of the car !!

:)

I have questioned the 12 months warranty with the seller in relation to the service gap, this was his response:
'I discussed this with BMW and they were perfectly happy with this, I have no problem renewing the fully comprehensive cover each year and have had no problems having works done under the warranty.'

I wonder what BMW would say if the engine blew up?

Nick Johnson has two low mileage SG ones for sale

Surely if they were unhappy with the gap in services they would not have renewed the warranty- ??

Not a bad price for a 52,000 miler. If it sells at that mine should be worth £30,000 with APs and only 34,000 miles on the clock (not currently for sale or likely to be in the near future).

Good luck with your search.

Pip

The 14/15k mile cars are out side my budget unfortunately.
