Club Motorsport???

In the early stages of looking into some 'Club' motorsport, nothing to serious just good value for money fun. Had a chat with Shim regarding the Mazda MX5's.

Will keep doing the TD's in the CSL just fancy the 'thrill of the race'
Any ideas?

I vote ShimmyRacing.

Good pre-race fluffer service included in the drive price. Breakfast of champions. Good de-stress.

(he'll even take his dentures out first if you ask nicely !!)

One make championship for golf gti mk 2 - friendly, competitive and closely monitored driving standards to keep the wannabe BTCC donkeys under control. I've been with them for 2 years, cost effective close racing.

always a risk.....insurance helps but not all have it and doesnt cover off all the risk

my reasoning is that if i didnt do TD in it i would prob sell it

Agree with Shimmy, when bought the CSL I had no intention of tracking it but now I think it's a waste if your not going too!

Karting... Too old
Rallying... Too expensive
VW Golfs....? Will do some home work

Id be up for some endurance racing, Shimmy how does that work and how many do you need in a team? 4-6 people?

That will be great fun.
