Just wanted to post what an excellent service from Race Data Systems. This is the 2nd time I have contacted Nathan out of hours and he has resolved a query with my vbox within an hour. The queries were not faults with the system. With so much companies pretending to deliver good customer service and failing it's great to see one that appreciates customers and delivers. :thumbs:

Good to hear stuff like this. All too often we hear about complaints about service (in general, not on here !) but rarely do people comment on good service ! Good stuff Derek and big up to Nathan :beer:

He is a top man and going places IMHO.

I am a complete moron ( shim and many others on here can confirm this :bigcry::hahaha: ) and Nathan has helped me many times above and beyond the normal of duty :partyman:
