New Engine...
So my new engine arrived and it will probably be in the car in 2days time, BUT how do I know its a CSL engine and not just a normal M3 engine?? They did order it off the chassis number(so they say) but if I want to be certain ,how would I tell?

But seriously, its a brand new engine and if you look at BMWFans.info it says production on new has been discontinued and shows only remanufactured units available?

Hi,
Take the Cam Cover off and Cross check the Part numbers on the Cams with the CSL ones, if your believing that the Austerity Cuts have now engulfed BMW Admin/Logistics. Sticking your hand in the crate is a lot simplier though. Regards, The Gorilla. |

Hi,
Niel333- Neem die Cam dek af en Kruis gaan Deel getalle op die Cams die SDL-kinders, indien u glo dat Die soberheid Cuts het nou teister BMW Admin / logistiek. I expect even a Afrikaans Farmer from Jo'berg, can understand that !!!! Regards, The Gorilla. |
