Remove front seats

Hello everyone,

I would like to remove my front seats, somebody could tell me how to do it? And there is no risk for airbags?

Thanks in advance.

4 floors bolts thru runner, easy access if you slide seat back and forward

one connector undeneath. release when seat loose, just tip forward.

do when ignition off

only prob is airbag light cones on bit i think only if you turn ignition after seat connector removed

If you remove them with key out of ignition and once removed you dont turn ignition on then the SRS/airbag light will stay out.

If you turn ignition on whilst removed your light will stay on until fault code is cleared.

Why are you removing them.

Your passenger seat also has an occupancy sensor too iirc.

So it is not an airbag but the seat just detects your ass in it, to deploy airbags on inpact if one or two people in car from the front dash

I will remove the seats for 2 reasons :
1) i made a full cleaning of the CSL interior (i am little bit maniac of cleaning)
2) because the driver seat made a little noise when i movinng on it, and i would like to find where this noise coming from.

Thanks again guys, and sorry for my poor english...

Only seat occupancy in passenger seat, as it would be a waste of time fitting an occupancy sensor in drivers seat too. :hahaha:

Correct no airbags in seats. Just in dash and curtain bags.
