front bumper removal

Does the csl front bumper attach in the same was as a normal e46 m3 ? I've tried pulling to release the cups but they won't pop !

I have never known of a scouser nicking an m3 or csl bumper off a car in liverpool.

Lots of them, however, have just nicked the whole car and taken most of the contents of the house with them too.
