To be honest, I'm not sure what to think of JP as I too found him to be very ignorant. Set the scene, its a touring car weekend at Croft, pit passes and I'm with my brother, who, at the time was a HUGE Plato fan.

Now myself been young at the time, my brother been around 10 years old see Plato walking along the pits. I plucked up the courage to go speak to him, brother in hand with a poster and pen at the ready. He completely blanked the both of us, wouldn't even give us a hello. And at the time he was hardly a big shot either so needed all the support he could get.

So from my own experience, I too can possibly see a one sided story and agree that he is ignorant and I have no time for him either. Have bumped into him since then and my opinions never changed, but at the same time I've never gone out my way to talk either.

Comedy, especially when JP passes the custard test!

Not being a regular on PH, its the first time I've seen it. Very funny.

I normally can't be doing with the PH crowd TBH (see How Rude?) but this thread has been a giggle.

CSLReg mentioned, :supz:

Must admit, after actually reading the thread its comedy gold and looks like Mr Plato actually has a sense of humour too!

I read it too - very funny. I would be feeling rather embarrassed if I was the OP.
