stranded in California

This is a bitter sweet situation, sweet because there are worse places to be stranded. Bitter because next flight black available 01/05, travel insurance aren't paying out so on jack jones with funding nearly another 2 weeks. Csl purchase money being eaten into, so may have shelve my purchase for a later time.
The sun is shining the steaks are big, so not all bad. Seemed to be a mfest in Vegas but couldnt get any info on it, lots of m series cars running around some with some nice mods.
The signs were there at the start, booked a mustang convertible for trip. There weren't any left so ended up with a C70 Volvo, apparently thats an upgrade!!

I've driven a Mustang ragtop out in Vegas and believe me a 1984 Volvo 440 would have been an upgrade

I LOVE California... a friend lives there so I spend 2 weeks a year soaking up the sun and wishing I didn't have to come home.

If you want to find out if there's anything going on while your there I suggest you post on http://www.teamspeed.com/forums/ and i'm sure they'll give you the info you need.

;)

Edit...... I've found a thread about 'Mfest' on teamspeed but you might need to be a member to see the pictures..... http://www.teamspeed.com/forums/m/40...xperience.html
