Front Wishbone?

Question: Can the front ball joint be replaced without replacing the whole wishbone?

Ta in advance,
KK

Nope - had my osf wishbone replaced under warranty last year due to wear in ball joint.

TVM. Thats when you wish you had warranty. Especially after another broken rear spring and Xenon ignitor gone! :bigcry:

Nope, but you can get them from Euro car parts, they are made by Lemforder, which is oem.And they are a lot cheaper than from a dealer. It is suggested you also get the rear lower bush to go with it.;)

I beg to differ ...

Grond control makes an adjustable outter ball joint for the E46 M3 ...

On Ground control's site it says Racing Only, also for the price they have listed, once bought and shipped I'm sure it would be cheaper to buy a suspension eye and complete lower arm from ECP!?

I did the same as Brett, had one go on my old M3 so bought exactly that from ECP, with some trade discount it came to £233.00, no shipping as they are 2 minutes from me :)
