Front seat scratches
Due to the kids clambering in and out of the rear seats the front seats have picked up a couple of scratches on the back.
What's the best way to repair them ? Have considered "wrapping" them in carbon fibre ? Rick |
Yep i think carbon fibre wrapped kids will prevent any further scratches
I would cover the back in CF wrap as its quite dull and tacky imho ;) |
How easy (or hard) is it to remove the backs? I think I'd consider getting them repainted to match the existing finish or maybe do them body colour?
Hold up, what about some fake-wood fablon? |
I'm in the same boat as you guys but haven't addressed it until now. I would be interested to hear your solutions.....

Few scratches on back of mine too, someone asked before what they were made out of but no1 answered me.
I can never see them (didnt see them when I was buying the car) cos I aint in the back ever, but it bugs me that they are there. Anyone? |
im lucky enuf to still have the protective wrapping on the seats that bmw supply them with as new ,same as stuff on sill trims ,maybe you can get this wrapping from the dealer ,
