Steering wheel warranty claim
 
So what chance do I have of getting a new wheel under warranty?? Its not bad you understand, I just like new things for free :thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:

I get on really well with my dealer my mate works there as a Technician, and they would not do mine :bigcry:

So im looking for somewhere to re-trim

You'll be lucky! I think within the first 3 years they would have done but unlikely now that the cars are over 5.

Unless you sleep with the BMW parts man - like Mark does...! :gayfight: :hahaha:

I had a new one at 2 year old and tried for CSL kickplates last year but they were having none of it. Trim pieces not covered apparently.

I got new kick plates, badges and a steering wheel when it was over 3 years old.

I would say it depends greatly on your relationship with your dealer (service tech). They will make the recommendation to BMW GB.
