The shell will be CSL chassis specific with a different BMW part number to any of the E46 M3s with or without sunroof. The weight of the CSL shell is stated at over 280kg or 619.5lbs and the standard M3 without sunroof also 619.5lbs, without sunroof - 628lbs.
